How do I request a quote or get measured?
You can request a free measure and quote by contacting our team via phone or email, or via our website “Request a Quote.” Our experienced sales team offers free in-house measurement and quoting services during trading hours.

Do you service commercial customers?
Yes, we undertake commercial projects and supply blinds, curtains and awnings for business premises across Tasmania, working with clients from hospitality, aged care, retail and more.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, many of our systems (for example, our roller blinds) come with a 5-year warranty. Exterior fixed fabric awnings come with a 5-year warranty on frame and up to 10 years on fabric in many cases.
What is your price match guarantee?
If you find a competitor’s regular (non-promotional) price for the same product (including installation and GST), we will beat it by 5%, subject to conditions (e.g. proof, same spec, etc.).
How long does the order and installation process take?
Lead times depend on product type, fabric choice and complexity. After your quote is accepted and measurements confirmed, we manufacture your custom product and schedule installation. (Exact time can be confirmed when quoting.)
Can you repair existing blinds or awnings?
Yes, we provide repair and maintenance services for both interior and exterior window furnishings. We handle repairs for roller blinds, Venetian, Roman, blind motorisation, awning reskins, arm repairs, and more.
What fabrics and operation options are available for roller blinds?
We offer blockout, light-filtering, and sunscreen fabrics. Operation options include chains, spring-loaded, chainless, or motorised systems. We use ACMEDA systems with a 5-year warranty.
What materials do your fixed fabric awnings use?
Our fixed fabric awnings are built with extruded aluminium frames and blockout acrylic fabrics that resist rot, mould and mildew.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Because our products are custom-made, cancellations after manufacturing has started may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to discuss a change or cancellation.
Do you offer motorised blinds or smart home integration?
Yes, we provide motorised blinds & curtains options (including smart automation) as part of our interior product range.
